The year 2007 also marked an important transition as Michael Tyson retired after more than 40 years of service. He continues to support the agency as a member of the board of directors and a trusted advisor. That same year, Reinhardt’s sold its real estate division to ERA Johnson Real Estate, allowing the organization to sharpen its focus on growing its core insurance operations.

Expansion continued with the acquisition of the Ronald Leipheimer Insurance Agency in 2009 and the Jim Allen Agency in 2012, including the purchase of its building and property in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. In 2014, Reinhardt’s brought all operations together under one roof in a newly constructed office. On July 29, 2014, Ryan Tyson, alongside family and staff, commemorated the milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony—symbolizing both the agency’s long-standing tradition and its forward-looking vision.

Building on this momentum, Reinhardt’s continued to grow in the years that followed. In 2019, the agency acquired Davis Insurance, owned by Tod Davis, further expanding its presence and client base. In 2023, Reinhardt’s acquired Mehler Insurance in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania—a respected third-generation agency established in 1925. Recognizing the strength of its legacy and community ties, the Mehler Insurance name was retained, and the location continues to operate as Reinhardt’s second office.

Today, Reinhardt’s Agency Inc. employs 26 professionals across two locations, carrying forward a tradition of service, stability, and growth that spans three generations.
