Todd is a graduate of Gateway High School (Monroeville, PA) and later attended Westminster College in 2012 where he graduated with a B.S. in biology. He started his insurance career with Federated Insurance in 2016, where he specialized in commercial lines for niche businesses as a direct producer. He has serviced Butler, Lawrence, and Mercer Counties helping their businesses place coverage, and educate them on current market status and best risk control practices. As a son of a small business owner, he developed a passion for helping small business navigate the complexities of risk and insurance. Over the years, he has dedicated time to building relationships and helped small business owners protect their livelihood. 

      He currently resides in Neshannock, PA and is married to Janelle (Grasso) Slobodnyak and has 3  children: Violet, Samson, and Skyla. In addition to his insurance career, he coaches Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving at Westminster College and has been involved with USA/YMCA youth swim programs across western PA.
